Non Exclusive Use Event Menu

The restaurant at the Studley Park Boathouse offers the special ambience of contemporary fine dining and boasts a glassed in verandah overlooking the picturesque Yarra River. The Restaurant is available for group bookings of 20 or more people and is able to accommodate up to 40 guests on our glassed in verandah. The private dining room is also available and seats up to 20 guests on one table or 26 guests over two tables.

Reservations can be made for lunch or dinner services and are available for a duration of 4 hours. Lunch reservations are available at 12 noon – 4 pm or 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Dinner reservations are available at 6 pm – 10 pm, 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm or 7 pm – 11 pm.

Celebration cakes are most welcome however a service charge of $4.50 per person is associated.

A selection of light jazz music will be played throughout the space for the duration of your event. Your own personal music can be played only if the room is booked exclusively by the host.

Please be aware that as this is a non exclusive use package, you may be sharing the space with other guests. Based on this, we kindly ask that any decorations that are supplied for your tables are tasteful.

Below are our non exclusive use menus that are currently available. We understand that everyone has different requirements and we are happy to meet your special requests wherever possible. Wines are to be selected prior to your reservation so that they are available for you to enjoy on your special day.

Minimum spends are required for all non-exclusive restaurant reservations. These are $2000 for a lunch reservation and $2500 for a dinner reservation. Final confirmation of guest numbers are required one week prior to your reservation and you will be charged for that number on the day. Credit card details are to be provided in order to secure your reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a $50 per person charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur 100% charge of the total food bill. Please be aware that all menu items and prices are seasonal and are therefore subject to change without notice.
